Business Continuity Management Policy

FAMA SYSTEMS is a leading and pioneering company in Spain in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement (R) of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) software solutions, and since 1997 its purpose has been to help its clients optimize all processes linked to facilities and space management through technology.

FAMA SYSTEMS, aware that ensuring business continuity in the event of adverse events is essential, has developed and implemented a Management System in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 22301:2019 “Security and resilience. Business Continuity Management System,” assuming at all times compliance with its applicable requirements.

The objectives and general guidelines established by Senior Management to achieve the business continuity policy are as follows:

1. FAMA SYSTEMS is committed to business continuity to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of our comprehensive asset and infrastructure management services.
2. We commit to complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements related to business continuity, including ISO 22301:2019.
3. FAMA SYSTEMS Senior Management supports and leads the implementation of business continuity management and will ensure the provision of products and services in accordance with our clients’ explicit and implicit, legal and regulatory requirements. It will provide appropriate technological resources in all project phases, and will maintain them through monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation, in order to ensure valid results.
4. We consider the needs and expectations of all interested parties, including customers, employees, partners, suppliers, and regulators, when designing and executing our business continuity plan.
5. We carry out an ongoing risk assessment to identify threats and opportunities that may affect the continuity of our services and assets.
6. We develop and maintain business continuity plans that enable us to respond effectively to crises and unexpected events, minimizing the impact on our services and assets.
7. We maintain open and transparent communication with all interested parties, especially during crisis situations, to ensure they are informed and reassured.
8. We have a solid and growing structure of professionals, specialists in each part of the process and with extensive experience in the sector, to turn each service into a coordinated and effective process. In addition, the Fama team has and uses its own project management methodology to support the client in the implementation of systems. All FAMA SYSTEMS employees are responsible for contributing to business continuity and must follow the established procedures.

9. FAMA SYSTEMS is committed to regularly training, educating, and raising awareness among its staff to ensure they are prepared for crisis situations and meet business continuity objectives.
10. We measure and evaluate the performance of our business continuity management system to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement.
11. FAMA SYSTEMS is committed to providing a work environment that fosters R and innovation, as well as continuous improvement and the evolution of its products from both a functional and technological standpoint.

FAMA SYSTEMS undertakes to continue improving the Business Continuity Management System through successive reviews of processes and procedures, involving employees, customers, and suppliers.

The Management Policy will be properly communicated to all Fama Systems personnel so that it is understood and applied within the organization. In addition, all documented and up-to-date information will be available to the organization’s personnel and interested parties.
