Quality and environmental policy
FAMA SYSTEMS is a leading and pioneering company in Spain in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement (R) of CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) and IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) software solutions, and has been helping its clients optimize all processes related to facility and space management through technology since 1997.
FAMA SYSTEMS, aware that quality and the environment are fundamental pillars in the development of its activity, has developed and implemented an Integrated Management System in accordance with UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management Systems: Requirements” and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 “Environmental Management Systems: Requirements,” assuming at all times compliance with their applicable requirements, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and offering environmentally responsible, first-class products and services based on continuous improvement.
The general objectives and guidelines that Senior Management establishes for achieving the quality policy are as follows:
- Ensure the provision of products and services in accordance with the explicit and implicit, legal and regulatory requirements of our clients; and based on a technological alliance philosophy, in which the professional team speaks the same language and understands the needs in the first instance.
- Commitment to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, measuring their degree of satisfaction in relation to the products and services provided.
- Have a solid and growing structure of professionals, specialists in each part of the process and with extensive experience in the sector, to turn each service into a coordinated and effective process. In addition, ensure that the Fama team has and uses its own project management methodology that assists the client in system implementation.
- Provide adequate technological resources at all project phases, as well as maintain them through monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation, in order to ensure valid results.
- Have a work environment at Fama that fosters R and innovation, as well as continuous improvement and evolution of its products from both a functional and technological standpoint.
- Provide a framework of reference for establishing and reviewing quality and environmental objectives, through the commitment to comply with requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System. Use the process risk assessment methodology to prevent possible deviations or nonconformities of the Integrated Management System.
- Guarantee throughout the entire life cycle of the company’s activity the prevention of environmental pollution, integrating sustainable development criteria that ensure proper resource management and environmental protection.
- Minimize any significant adverse environmental impact in the design and subsequent development of products and services executed within the company.
- Educate, train, and communicate to all its employees, on a regular basis, about all elements concerning the environment.
- Identify and evaluate the impacts and requirements of climate change with respect to the organization’s context and interested parties
In summary, develop the procedures for each of our business processes to improve quality, environmental responsibility, and productivity, without losing the innovation and flexibility essential in a technology sector and addressing large and small projects simultaneously.
FAMA SYSTEMS assumes the commitment to continue improving the Integrated Management System through successive reviews of processes and procedures, and involving employees, clients, and suppliers.
The Management Policy will be appropriately communicated to all Fama Systems personnel, so that it is understood and applied within the organization. In addition, all documented and updated information will be available to the organization’s personnel and interested parties.
